Marion Rodewald stellt sich als Kandidatin für das Executive Board des Welthockeyverbandes (FIH) zur Wahl

Marion Rodewald (46), ehemalige Hockey-Nationalspielerin und Olympiasiegerin von 2004, wird sich als Kandidatin für das Executive Board des Welthockeyverbandes (FIH) zur Wahl stellen. Die Neuwahlen des Executive Boards finden im Herbst dieses Jahres statt und wir wünschen Marion viel Erfolg!
Marion Rodewald:
"Ich habe mich dazu entschlossen für das Executive Board des Welthockeyverbandes (FIH) zu kandidieren. Im Herbst dieses Jahres werden während des FIH Congresses Neuwahlen stattfinden. Ich freue mich, dass der DHB hinter meiner Bewerbung steht. Ich nehme diese große Herausforderung an und werde mein Möglichstes tun, um gewählt zu werden. Hockey ist meine große Leidenschaft und daher möchte ich mein Wissen und meine Erfahrungen auf Ebene des Weltverbandes einbringen. Ich konnte über viele Jahre in Athletenkommissionen auf deutscher und europäischer Ebene arbeiten und fühle mich der Aufgabe im Weltverband gewachsen. Ich werde nun mit möglichst vielen Verantwortlichen aus der Hockeywelt Gespräche suchen, um mich mit den aktuellen Themen auf nationaler, kontinentaler und Weltebene auseinanderzusetzen. Ich freue mich auf diese spannende Zeit des Wahlkampfs."
"I have decided to run for the Executive Board of the International Hockey Federation (FIH). New elections will take place in autumn during the FIH Congress. I am pleased that the DHB will support my application. I accept this great challenge and will do my best to be elected. Hockey is my great passion and therefore I would like to contribute my knowledge and experience at the level of the FIH.
I was able to work on athletes' committees at German and European level for many years and I feel up to the task in the world association. I will now seek talks with as many leaders from the hockey world as possible to deal with current issues at national, continental and world level. I am looking forward to this exciting time of the election campaign."
"J'ai décidé de me présenter aux élections pour le Conseil exécutif de la Fédération Internationale de Hockey (FIH). De nouvelles élections auront lieu en automne le Congrès de la FIH. Je suis heureux que le DHB soutiennent ma candidature. J'accepte ce grand défi et ferai tout mon possible pour être élu.
Le hockey est ma grande passion et j'aimerais donc apporter mes connaissances et mon expérience au niveau de l'association mondiale. J'ai pu travailler dans des comités d'athlètes au niveau allemand et européen pendant de nombreuses années et je me sens à la hauteur de la tâche sur le niveau mondial. Je vais maintenant solliciter des pourparlers avec le plus de dirigeants possible du monde du hockey pour traiter des enjeux actuels au niveau national, continental et mondial. J'attends avec impatience cette période passionnante de la campagne électorale."
